LONDON - Atletico Madrid midfielder Simao Sabrosa tried to show a professional attitude when met Chelsea in action qualifier Group D Champions League. He admitted going to forget his friendship with a few mandarin The Blues.
Simao Portugal confirmed that nationality would meet or rather duels with three of his squad Selecao in Europe (nicknamed Portugal) ie Carvalho, Deco de Souza and Jose Bosingwa.
For the sake of professionalism and of course the value of the interests of the club in order to continue the pursuit of the most prestigious event in the Blue Continent, Simao was determined to put aside while his friendship with the players earlier.
"I have a few friends at Stamford Bridge. But for me the game will be the same as I did not know anybody," said 29-year player.
Commented about the players who should beware of the Roman Emperor's camp, Simao figures show unequivocally Deco, Frank Lampard and Michael Ballack.
"The key to their game on Deco, Lampard and Ballack. So if we can turn off the third, then they can not freely play the ball," said Simao was quoted as saying the United States, Wednesday (21/10/2009). (msy)
